The Forbes School of Business and Technology™ at Ashford University continues its 2017 Distinguished Lecturer Series with a presentation from Dr. Olin Oedekoven, president and CEO of Peregrine Academic Services and Peregrine Leadership Institute. The event will begin at 11 a.m. P.D.T. on Tuesday, July 11, at the University Club San Diego, located at 750 B St. #3400, San Diego, Calif.
Dr. Oedekoven’s presentation titled Baldrige-Based Leadership: Leading for Quality, Innovation, and Continuous Improvement will share lessons learned from his experiences in business, the military and global higher education. In addition, he will discuss organizational culture towards knowledge management with a focus on innovation.
In his role as president and CEO, Dr. Oedekoven works with large and small companies on business process improvement, strategic planning and organizational development in both the private and public sectors. He has been creating and leading effective teams at all organizational levels from first-line leader through strategic leadership for nearly 30 years. Dr. Oedekoven is also a retired Brigadier General in the National Guard.
The distinguished lecturer series is a benefit for students of the Forbes School of Business and Technology at Ashford University. Launched in 2014, the lecturer series provides a forum for guest speakers to share their extensive business knowledge with the Ashford community.
