Three Ashford University Students to Present Papers at Conference
Humanities Conference set for Nov. 3 in Indianola, Iowa

Three students from Ashford University have been chosen to present their original research-based papers at the Midwestern Undergraduate Conference in the Humanities (MUCH) on Saturday, Nov. 3 at Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa.

Presenting their papers will be Jared Walsh, Mazon, IL: “Wordsworth as Prophet-Poet: The Prelude and Ecclesiastes;” Jennifer Engnell, Hanover, MN: “Imaginanimation;” and Chase Cartwright, La Moille, IL: “Will to Conflict.” Ashford assistant professor Chase Pielak, Ph.D. will moderate the panel entitled “Practical Imagination.”

The conference offers an undergraduate-friendly space where students in the humanities can present their research and exchange ideas with regional peers and faculty.
