Ashford University is planning its annual spring break trip to London and the community is invited to go along.
Led by faculty member Sister Theresa Judge, the group tour is set for March 5-12, 2011 and costs $1,612.00 per person (double occupancy). Transportation from Clinton to O’Hare International Airport is included, as is London airport-hotel transfers, seven nights at the Royal National Hotel with continental breakfast, seven-day London Travel Card, and all taxes. A $250.00 deposit is due by December 15, 2010, with the balance due on January 5, 2011.
“London is one of the most diverse and culturally rich destinations in the world,” said Judge, who has visited the city more than 20 times. “No many how many times you visit, you’ll always find new reasons to return. Imagine yourself gliding along the streets of London on an open double-decker tour bus or spanning centuries of drama by visiting the theater. There’s always ‘high tea’ at Harrods’s and visiting Buckingham Palace, the London Eye, London Bridge or the Tower of London.”
