More than 50 Ashford University students will celebrate graduation and receive their diplomas during activities on Saturday, Dec. 11. Coinciding with the end of the traditional fall semester, the 10 a.m. graduation ceremony is for those students who attended classes at Ashford University’s Clinton, IA campus as well as for a small number of online students.
During the graduation ceremony, Dr. Wayne Clugston, co-founder of Bridgepoint Education, Inc., will give the commencement address and student awards will be presented. No admission tickets are required for the ceremony.
Held in the Durgin Educational Center, the graduation ceremony will be followed immediately by a reception for the graduates and their friends and families in the St. Francis Gymnasium.
Ashford University will next hold commencement ceremonies during the weekend of April 30 and May 1, 2011.
