Earlier this month, Ashford University entered a national alliance agreement with the International Union of Police Associations (IUPA). Through the agreement, members of the more than 100,000 person organization can now receive significant cost savings through fee waivers and a prior learning credit evaluation to be applied towards their Ashford University degree program.    

“Ashford University is pleased to form this alliance with the IUPA,” said KC Haight, associate vice president of military and corporate development for Ashford University. “The agreement paves the way for many law enforcement officers who otherwise wouldn’t have the opportunity to earn their college degree which, in many cases, is needed for career advancement.”
