Ashford University forms Articulation Agreement with Seattle Community College District

Ashford University has announced a new articulation agreement with the Seattle Community College District (SCCD) based in Seattle, WA. SCCD is the largest two-year system in the state of Washington, with three comprehensive colleges, a vocational institute, and four specialized training centers located throughout the city.

The partnership with Ashford will allow participating students to transfer up to 90 of their credits earned at Seattle Community College campuses into one of Ashford’s online or campus bachelor’s programs.

“This partnership enables students who complete courses at one of the Seattle Community College District campuses to embark upon one of Ashford’s four year undergraduate programs while putting their hard-earned credits from SCCD to use,” said David Vande Pol, senior director of academic partnerships for Ashford University. “Ashford is excited to work with an institution that has such a strong outreach to the entire Seattle area.”

To date, Ashford University has 41 articulation agreements representing 141 colleges.
