“Accreditation from a respected outside agency such as the IACBE is important to Ashford because it provides our students with additional confidence that they are receiving a high-quality education that will prepare them for the business world once they graduate,” said Jane McAuliffe, Ashford University president and chief executive officer. “This accreditation is a testament to the faculty and staff who have worked diligently to create strong programs in our College of Business and Professional Studies.”

The IACBE is a highly respected professional accreditor for business programs in student-centered colleges and universities throughout the world. Accreditation from the IACBE provides external assurance of quality in an institution’s business programs and ensures that its academic business unit exhibits the characteristics of excellence in business education.

As the Ashford College of Business and Professional Studies adds additional programs to its extensive list of degree offerings, it will seek IACBE accreditation for those programs as well.
