Ashford University Hall Council Elects Officers
Hall Council Officers Elected for 2011-12

Ashley Schuerr of Belvidere, IL has been re-elected president of Ashford University’s Hall Council, the governing body of students living in the university's residence halls.

Re-elected vice president for the 2011-12 academic year was Jessica Henrichs of Mankato, MN. Also elected were: Laura Minertz, Sterling, IL, secretary; Patricia Orozco, Princeton, IL, treasurer; Bailey Oostenryk, Savanna, IL, historian and Makenna Yoerger, Clinton, IA, publicist.

Hall Council is an organization that exists to improve the sense of community among the students living in Ashford’s residence halls. The organization promotes a living environment conducive to the improvement of the resident students’ academic, social, cultural, spiritual and physical welfare. Hall Council officers are elected in the spring semester and representatives from each floor are appointed early in the fall.
