Community Invited to Tour London with Ashford University Group

If you have ever wanted to travel to Europe, now is the time to make plans to join Ashford University on its annual spring trip to London, England.

Led by veteran faculty member Sister Theresa Judge, the group tour is set for March 3-10, 2012 and costs $1,656.00 per person (double occupancy). Transportation from Clinton to O’Hare International Airport is included, as is London airport-hotel transfers, six nights at a London hotel with continental breakfast, seven-day London Travel Card, and all taxes. A $250.00 deposit is due by November 27, 2011, with the balance due on January 25, 2012.

“Imagine yourself gliding along the streets of London on an open double-decker tour bus, spanning centuries of drama by visiting the theater, having high tea at Harrod’s, heading to Buckingham Palace or visiting the London Eye, London Bridge or the Tower of London,” said Judge who has visited England more than 20 times. She also noted that the 2012 Summer Olympics will be held in the city. London will become the first city to officially host the modern Olympic Games three times when the Games of the XXX Olympiad are held there July 25-August 12.
