Ashford University will host the Ashford Teaching & Learning Conference (TLC) on November 1-3, 2016. The virtual conference is intended to bring together faculty, staff, students, and researchers in a collaborative environment to present and discuss topics related to pedagogical practices, the adult learner, and the use of technology in the online learning environment.
“Ashford University’s Teaching and Learning Conference offers a unique opportunity to participate in a community of scholars whose singular focus is improving professional practice in distance learning and online education,” said Dr. Craig Swenson, Ashford University president and chief executive officer. “This event will include an impressive array of expert presentations and speeches that will, I’m certain, challenge and engage participants in stimulating dialogue and reflection.”
The Ashford TLC is organized by Ashford’s faculty and staff from the Ashford Clinton Campus in Iowa (formerly known as the Ashford Iowa Online Center) and the university’s San Diego location. For more information on the conference, visit www.ashfordtlc.com.
